Money back on a scratched watch

I ordered a watch on special from Tshidi the avon representative on 03 September 2013 and had to returned the watch back because it had scratches and was promised to get another one before the 15 if september then after numeroys attempts to get hold if the cinsultant she then promised to give me my miney back on 16 september the day passed and many days passed when she finally answer my calls she gives me attitude and tells me she will give me the money when she finishes whatever shes busy with.

can anyone from avon please contact me and help me get my money back.
