Loan or cellphone contract

Ive checked out the profile of this company and not one compliment only complaints, these peoples contracts are straight and prices are unethical, I cannot understand why they have not been taken to the national credit regulator as there services should be under review, to all the customers or victims who signed a contract with them you will agree that their contracts are not transparent and this is not a cell phone contract but a loan and they expect you to pay the loan off inorder to complete the contract but if you do a simple calculation you will find that you end up paying off 6/7 of that phones over, like my case R12000 for a blackberry 8520 and a nokia that costs R80 and not thats not a typo it costs R80, all companies are regulated by some law, credit agreements or ombudsman, so my question is who do you contact to take these people to task cause i think lawyers fees will be a bit extravagant for such a badly structured and unethically practiced company.
