Damaged my ca

I am a student of CTI college. I parked my car at a recommended school parking for CTI students in Menlyn Where Prodacor Civil construction company were working and they damaged my car with their tractor which has been over two (2) months and 3 weeks ago. They told me to get 3 quotations for them and i did but yet they fail to fix my car for me.

The most annoying part is that whenever i call the person in charge of the construction company with the name Mr Paul he tells me he needs to get to his boss before anything can be done which is over 2months and 3 weeks now.

Currently, they don't pick up my calls anymore and i feel they are taking advantage of me because i'm a student. Please i need someone to come to my rescue here
