Parking fiasco at Rosebank - no limits

Today at Rosebank Mall, 20 March 4.15 pm; numerous things happened in the parking lot: 1) all reading machines on exit broken, have to have cards manually validated; 2) waited in exit queue for 10 min (just to exit mall); 3) took forever to find parking amidst all the construction, dust, etc; 4) i had to pay for parking. and 4) is my biggest gripe. considering all the construction and associated issues, surely give us FREE parking during this fiasco. shopping there is an unpleasant experience at the moment, surely entice us with free parking. i'll be back again in a year or so when all the construction is over . good luck keeping all those patrons and tenants.
