Bob Martin Spot treatment kills Pets - never use!!

I used Bob Martin spot treatment on my dog and it started effecting him neurological. His cant walk on his back legs. And he is shaking. After doing some research i see that it has KILLED numerous pets!! I have been at the vet a few times and hope my 1 year old Doberman pincher will be ok. :( How can they sell products like that!!!
