Bad service and bad attitude, including swearing

On 8th July 2013, I took my vehicle to MVP Panelbeaters as arranged with miway insurance to fix the back bumper. I then arranged with the Panelbeaters to fix front bumper and all other dents, was quoted R23 648 and was told the car will be ready in 2weeks. I kept on getting updated photos on the process only to find that it was not true reflection as when I went to check on the car after 4 weeks it was still same only bumpers removed.

I then fought with them eventually received car back after 6 weeks after waiting at the pane
Beater for over 3 hours. Only the back bumper was fixed, scratches on car were worse than when I took my car there, some parts painted whilst I waited and Litsa was running around fixing the car. when we question this we were insulted by the manager Litsa, she screamed at us calling us names. I have proof on video as I took a video using my phone. I can supply a full report, photos and videos if needed.

As I was driving the car I noticed something hanging when I check it was covers from under the car, I took photos of them. Mv Panelbeaters did not give me value for my money, I was robbed and worse humiliated, swear at in front of other clients.
