Durmail
Parcel still at durmail three days on

I would really appreciate some feedback on this matter. I've constantly tried getting in touch with durmail telephonically to no avail. I do understand that there is a strike, but some goods are of utmost urgency. A few of my colleagues actually went through to the Durban branch to manually retrieve their items, only to be told that there's no way they could because it had been packed already. Surely living in the 21st century with so many bright sparks roaming today's companies, there should be contingencies in place to avoid all this hassle. A special cancer medication that helps my buddy sustain his every day life is in one of those parcels. He will be laying a complaint as well.
