SA Post Office not delivering on time

I can't believe that the parcel has not moved from the Boksburg branch in 6 days, last month my parcel arrived about 10 days later than estimated time. And it was broken into.
This service is shocking, where can I go for compensation, you charge a fortune for a service and then don't deliver the service.
