We pay for lately, post office

I sent a parcel with S.A POST OFFICE on sunday the 09-11-2013
my parcel has not been delivered as yet
they give a story daily
i called the mthatha branch on (0475310012) they advised me that the parcel is with them but they cant deliver it to me f2f (face to face) and still cant deliver to the branch were i said they must deliver to (engcobo)
sent an email to the service desk but no reply as yet
so it looks like they dont want to deliver my parcel and wont even return it
