People in need of money for no service

My son contacted them for service. They argreed sent quote and we did payment. Kept us updated on service but now struggling like to get the report out of them. They just give excuse on excuse but now the info we needed is not available. Will no get a chance to get info again so they actually harmed our case besides breaching our contract with them.
