Debit order on my account

Hi,

Your company has been debiting my account for who knows how long. The debit
order SERVICE AGREEMENT ISPB CC-307974-2 for R64.00, previously R32.00. I want you to cancel the debit order immediately and refund me the amount that you have been debiting from my account since 2010.

I dont know where you got my details and I certainly never gave you permission to debit my account. Your immediate response is highly appreciated.
