SA Post Office
Unreliable

I posted a parcel at bluff water tower on the 2 September it was suppose to have been an overnight counter to counter and should have been posted to their Green Stone Post Office which is inside the Green stone Shopping centre. Needless to say when my husband went to collect the parcel its not there and when he gave them the tracking number he was told they dnt track parcels and he must sort this out himself. Well that was just a bit too much for him. He then called me and I then proceeded to track the parcel online. well not enough information just said JHB network branch i then had to call the call centre waited a full 10 mins just to be told they can not help cause they offline the lady then says its at jet park and I said well thats wrong it needs to go to green stone shopping centre you guys have a post office in there and it was marked on the parcel. I was told I must call back Im very upset.
