I had an air conditioner installed in December 2011. According to the warranty, the unit had to be serviced every 6 months. During the third service in August 2013, the technician found that the air direction flap was cracked. He removed it, promising to replace it as soon as possible. That was 6 August 2013. After numerous phone calls and SMS's, promises were made that he would fit it as soon as possible, as he had the spare part. Well, after four weeks, nothing has happened.
