Very bad service (totally unacceptable)

I purchased 2 Rage tickets as i have done for the last 5 years and i was the first of my friends to get email confirmation that my purchase went through (9:36 saturday morning) only to find out that i didnt get the tickets and that they would refund me (my friends went on afterwards and got tickets .every year when Computicket does this i get a ticket but the first year they switch to Itickets and nothing... to me this is unacceptable i have proof that i got a payment email from them (itickets) and when i contacted them i got an excuse that the payment wasnt in?
