Gas Boys - Black Ink wasted

Hi. I got a quote yesterday from Gas Boys for a 19kg tank for home use. Today I did an EFT and sent them the Proof of Payment. But due to limited resources on my work laptop, I could only send the proof in an OXPS document format. I got a reply from them stating that they could not open the document due to the format.

So I opened the OXPS document and took a screen shot and pasted it in Word and sent it back. The screen shot showed the proof of payment but also had a black blocks on either side.

A few seconds later, I get a call from Gas boys telling me that they still not happy with the format with the black blocks and had the ordacity to tell me that I made them waste their black ink when they printed out the document. And that I must not do this again. When I told the caller that due to limited resources this is the only way I could get it to them, he just laughed at me. How is the printer ink my problem?

I emailed them back and asked for a refund and will go elsewhere and pay more if need be. I still cant believe that where complaining about printer ink, its not like I was getting the gas for Free.
