My Gold Watch was by PO employees

My Gold Watch courier by Speed Service TC195219936ZA on the 30th of Jul 14 was by Post Office employees whereby they courier empty box on the 31st of Jul 13 now they refused to reimburse me I lost R3000.00 and the watch worth R5999.00. I going to take legal action against the Board of Directors and open criminal case against the CEO then spread the word
