Blasting done without sounding warning siren kpmg

We are now a couple of weeks in and kpmg park town are tearing down a building in park town, this doesn't bother me what does is the fact that they are blasting sections of the rubble and this causes such tremors for the surrounding companies, the buildings shake badly from the tremor and the worst safety part about it is that they don't even sound warning sirens to let every one know they are about to blast. i may be wrong it could be falling rubble but i highly doubt that would cause the tremors we are experiencing, this safety issue should be rectified immediately.
