Inanda dam manager need to check his attitude!

During a "nice" weekend away at Inanda dam, camping, fishing, having fun, we hired some canoes which we paid for up front for the weekend. The morning of the last day the manager comes up to us and demand we take back the canoes as they were not paid for. We told him that we had paid for it and we will return them when we are ready to leave. After insisting that we return them immediately and us not agreeng, he left. Couldnt he go double check our account and see that it was paid for? Couldnt he have asked us first? Unacceptable.
