Over-priced products and negated undertakings

I purchased Obey your Body products from Yehuda Beller, at the Mall of the North, Polokwane, in July. During the consultation he continually evaded the question as to how much my purchase would amount to. It was only after he swiped my credit card that I saw the cost amounted to over R7000 - and this was only for 3 products! But Yehuda promised me 36 free facials which I thought would make it worthwhile. I decided to return the products the following day but Yehuda said that they were now "second hand" despite being unopened and in their original packaging. This is in direct contravention to the Consumer Rights Act which allows a cooling off period after purchases. I contacted Yehuda a few weeks later to arrange to have one of the free facials promised with my purchase. Not surprisingly I am still waiting for his call regarding where to go for my free facial. After complaining to Yehuda I was contacted by his supposed manager but I could not talk at the time he phoned - I asked him to call me back and, again, not surprisingly, I am still waiting for the call. Obey Your Body products are grossly over priced and their sales people about undelivered services to close the deal!
