Bad customer service

Hi
I was approached by Guy to purchase peeling gel body butter, eye serum and a gel for my son. When I got home I saw it was a shaving gel and he has a dry shaver, so he will not be able to use the gel. I send a sms to Guys and he said he can use it, but he could not as it is a dry electric shaver and not a wet and dry. I send an e-mail on the 29 Aug, did not hear anything from them. Went to the stand three weeks ago and the boss assured me he will contact their and call me. Up until today I have not heard anything.

I used the peeling gel and the eye serum and got a rash. I took it to the stand and explained to the lady and said I did not want any other products. but she gave me a night cream, cleanser and a mask for my son. I told her I don't want products I want a refund. Waited long for her to give me a refund but she insisted I must take the products. I am very disappointed as I was forced to take the products and were not refunded as requested. Can you assist please.
