I left the salon in tears

Finally got an appointment at Canal Walk after my first fantastic experience at Sorbet Fourways, whilst on a business trip to JHB. Started out well but when the tech started to apply the white for my French fill I noticed that what I was expecting to be a half moon French look was more in the shape of a v and very deep. Not like it was. I asked the nail tech to do it half moon like my other hand which had not been filled yet.By the time she got to the index finger I realised this was not going well. My cuticles had been sliced the way she was buffing my nails, my natural nail burnt from all the buffing and when she filed my cuticle again I lost it, it burnt like fire. She apologised profusely, agreed that my nails look awful and I told her that I don't have time for her to fix it now but I'd like to make another appointment for her to fix it. She finished the buffing and I got up to pay for my hand cream (they didn't charge me for the treatment). With my back to her, she and the lady at the till were exchanging looks and grinning. I was waiting for her to check the appointment book when she promptly started talking to another lady who'd just walked into the salon. I left in tears!
