Constantia Metering
Billings are too much

Our complex was previously managed by Impact meters and my account averaged R800 a month. Since Constantia metering came it averaged R1500 per month a small apartment of 3 people. We hardly home we switch off all appliances. I dont trust their readings nor their charges.
