Spam subscriptions- drowining people airtime

For the past months everytime i load airtym it dissappears. i one of those people i never download things into my mobil. The last straw is yesterday after my top up was downloaded it dissapeared.

i phone MTN they tell me im susbcribed to smartcall tech . i have never even heard of these people!!!

their call center personnel has a bad attitude ref 33770822
i cannot get them to call me back or email me for the refund, and my question is WHEN DID I SUBCRIBE FOR THIS STUPID THING, IF THEY EVEN HAVE MY HAND SET WRONG!
