Ad service&rude queue marshalls

Theres really bad service provided by the queue marshalls at Jeppe str every single afternoon.every single day its a struggle to get taxis going back to Witpoortjie, we stand there for more than 30 minutes and its as if we dont exist.the taxi drivers even become queue marshalls and these people are rude and like to use violence as a means of addressing propblems
