Hi

I decided to hire a tent & tresles from Star Hire International after going onto their website & seeing how "PROFESSIONAL" everything looks... to my horror, i received on the day of my function (8 August 2013), a filthy tent which had holes in the roof, all tresles were broken which i could not use. I had to go n purchase tresle tables from a wholesaler in our area. Todate (21/08/13) i have not received my deposit back or refunded for the broken tresles. No one has bothered to get back to me in this regard after sending several emails.

Disgusted with service!
