Wesbank to Nimble Cap Management to Ver-Tex

On 07/08/2013 @06h49, i received an sms from telephone number 27816029244. It reads as follows:
Mr Weber WesBank acc which has been sold to and ceded to Nimble Cap Mngnt of R62953.33 has beenhanede over to Ver-tex. Call 0129401680 and quote NIM 0133655390.
I have tried since the time of the sms to call them to investigate this matter and the number I have dialled is not available. the number from where the sms was sent does not exist. Now, You or what do I do? I never-ever have or had a Wesbank acc or ever banked at Wesbank. How did these people get my contact details and why I am a victim of false accusations. If this does not get resolved soon, i will take this matter to court for Deformation of Character and to the CPA for breaking the law of contacting customers before the time.
