Bad service - Please avoid!!!

I purchased a portable 12V fridge from Johan. I was not happy with the fridge and immediately asked for a refund. He promised me several times during a 1 week period that he would come back to me on the status of the refund which he didn't. He then started to avoid me by switching of his phone etc. After almost 2 weeks he send me an email stating that I am not eligible for a refund.

Please please avoid this guy, he will cause you a lot of headache. Get yourself another supplier, you will thank me later.
