This guy was paid an 80% deposit to do work for us in March 2013. It is currently August 2013 and still waiting for him to start. It is one excuse after another - thats if he takes your call. He is a compulsive lair and just a common! I doubt he will ever arrive to start the job. Absolutely shocking!!
