Still no response 6 months late

I Bought A ghd Hair straightener about a year ago from aregistered dealer 6 months later in like jan 2013 the ghd stopped working, i contacted the dealer who said i shouls call the number on the box
which was the GHD Call center they requested i fax the proof of payment etc.they afterwards the lady agreed to come pick up and repair repair my straightener

6 months later and about 5 calls after im still sitting with the ghd unrepaired and in my posession
i have failed with trying to get help as the lady was very rude and nasty

its digusting to see this from such a big company and if my gaurantee and warranty now expires whos fault will that be as i have tried to get them to help me
