A recent enquiry regarding the poor quality of a rather expensive Elextrolux Extractorvac and the subsequent problems getting it repaired through Game (Knysna) where it was still under guarantee, was met with a fairly prompt reply. Alas, promises made that the relevant people would be contacting me, turned out, as so often happens, to be empty. Is Elextrolux's customer service on par with that pf their products?
