Poor customer service

I contacted Electrolux in Cape Town twice about a problem with my vacumn cleaner. First i spoke to Robin who said he would look into the matter and put me into contact with someone who could assist me, i never heard back from him or Electrolux. I then called again and was put in touch with Lilian, who said she would look into the matter for me and put me in touch with someone who would assist me, i never heard back from her or from Electrolux.

Shame on Eletrolux, that's just poor customer service.
