Dishonoured agreement and rude response

Since the last complaint, this is what happened:
- Tim initially agreed to complete the job by a certain date. He lapsed on that deadline with no communication.
- When he discovered the Hello Peter post, he responded with a threatening email.
- When I countered with the CPA, he agreed to refund the money for the wedding album. He has only offered excuses since then.

We now plan to go to the CCMA. We encourage any other wronged parties to join us.
