Worst service eve

I was contacted on the the 19th of July to take up an offer form Isabella garcia which i did, the lady took my banking details and assured me by the 22nd i would be contacted to make arrangements to receive the products.by the 26th i had not received any feedback and i had to contact the call centre number where i was assured again that i was on the system and she would get someone to call me by monday the 29th of july. i had to call again on the 30th because nobody has bothered to call me back, the incompetent lady who answered first let me say the whole story before saying she could not hear me. after i told her what happened AGAIN she simply said i will cancel it for you without even an apology. this was such terrible service from a company who works on referrals. i will definitely not recommend them to anyone!
