Adoption Process is a JOKE!!!

I would like to voice my opinion to very person involved in my application for the Pug Pugs. Right from the beginning I have followed the procedure - from completing the application form, to getting permission from my Body Corporate to going to view the puppies myself (to which I must say was shocking to see whether they currently are) - to having a lady come out to my house on Sunday to view my property.
I am disgusted in the fact that AGAIN I say this: We as citizens are told to do the right thing to adopt animals from shelters etc. and not to go through pet shops - I can see now why places like yourselves have such a bad success rate! All I am trying to do is give homes to 2 little puppies - who currently DO NOT have homes!
After having to experience what I have been through going through Kitty and Puppy Haven - I WILL NOT recommend ANYONE to get their animals through you! I personally feel very offended by that lady who came out to my house to give her report back to you declining my application to home 2 pups! I would rather have them at my home - where I KNOW it is safe - than to where are currently are!!! Again - I find this whole ordeal to have been a very unpleasant!
