Poor Customer Service

I had problems with my solar panels leaking. I contacted Solco and had a team fix the leak, which I paid for.
A few months later, I had the same problem. They sent out a team to fix the problem. I have been trying to get a report out of them for the last 2 months to identify the cause of the problem with no success after numerous emails traded with accounts as well as Rohan.

I would suggest going with either a heat pump or using a more reputable solar company as these guys do not live up to any expectations related to customer service.

My problem looks similar to the other complaint that has been registered on Hello Peter.
