We paid an amount of R2 500 upfront for Better Cleaning Services CC to come and clean the carpets in our office. A date was arranged, but they never came. They also did not notify us that they will not be coming anymore. This also happened a second time. We waited only for them to not come and not give any word as to where they are. We ended up not getting hold of them on the second day. We are now having trouble getting our money refunded, as we do not want to make use of them anymore. I would advise getting the job done first and paying afterwards. First prise would actually be to not use them at all.
