Bad customer relations

I have never met a company with worse customer relations and such paranoia about money.
You can pay them and send them a POP, but without the money being reflected in their account, they will not grant you access to your container. They will not accept your verba or email instruction to allow your representative to put your furniture in your container. It has to be a signed letter.
They treat you like a criminal.
I have had an altercation with them every time I have had access to my container!
