Rediculous - R260 to cut ponytail for charity

Dorasamy's Unisex Salon in Conyngham Rd, PE wanted to charge my daughter R260 to cut off her ponytail which she donated to Cansa to make wigs.
Can you believe that someone would be so greedy that they would charge someone else for a good deed?
Needless to say that we left disgusted and went elsewhere.
