Pathetic response to a groupon deal

I bought a groupon deal for myself and 2 friends to have a relaxing day having our hair done at Andrea's unisex hair studio in Bellville. Groupon was bought on 22 June 2013. After numerous phone calls and emails, from myself and my friend; all we got was empty promises and unwillingness to even TRY to accommodate us!!

I am in the service industry myself and I would never treat my clients like that! They straight up say they wont be able to do us before the voucher expires on 7 October

If you cant deal with the amount of clients you have, and if you are SO busy that you cant fit a cut and blow dry in anywhere in 3 months (I first contacted the salon on 9 July), then why would you advertise a special on Groupon!?

I think it is absolutely pathetic service. I will never go there for my hair and I will be sure to tell all my friends, family and clients to do the same!
