I cancelled this membership in writing in Feb 2009 & emailed to Kashiefa Harris who then responded that my 24 month contract only ended in Nov 2009. As per the Consumer Protection Act it is a company's duty to inform the consumer 40 days prior to the expiry date of a fixed term contract advising if they still wish to cancel or go on a 'month to month' basis. I was given no communication whatsoever & my account has been debited without my knowledge since 2009. I have dealt with manager Sean Fowles & getting no joy with frivolous offers not to mention frivolous explanations of how their business works as If that is any excuse for their negligence. As per the Consumer Protection Act all verbal agreements need to be recorded & kept-I have yet to get feedback on the call trace I requested from them as I do believe their consultant Milana Hoskins misrepresented the product.By law Amazing Vouchers has no right debiting my account all these years & I have every right to a full refund. And I have got no feedback from Sean Fowles or the director Jakes Den Haam which I sent emails to.
I am most disappointed & disgusted with this service! This needs to be settled immediately! Amazing Vouch
