Fed Up

I was married on the 15th December 2012. Lionel was recommended by a family member of mine not for his service but because of his talent and picture quality. I willingly entered into an agreement with him knowing that he was unreliable but assured by him that things were different. Upon entering into the contract i paid a deposit and mentioned that probably by the next week i would pay another amount but not the full amount as i was warned not to do this. Needless to say, the following week i was hounded by Lionel to pay as i had said. With the bill almost paid in full we were left with a small sum to pay on delivery. He had said our photos would be ready and delivered in February as it was December and printers were closed. we agreed to that arrangement. I am not writing this to complain about his talent, because our photos are beautiful. My reason is his poor business ethic. it is now July 2013 and we have only just received our photos, seven months later to the day. So many people have trusted this man to capture these special moments, trusting him with money and memories, and it means nothing to him, its just all about money. Very disappointed...
