From my first call and enquiry, they have only been helpful, followed up all calls, handled the matter professionally, and assisted in the emotional process of placing a relative with Alzheimer's in the best facilities, and reviewing current facilities. I am impressed by Borris' help, and by the social worker, Bernice, and her quick action in a pending matter. There have been no time wasted yet in them taking action with following up queries - it makes me feel secure and proud, with a renewed faith in South Africa's social workers and their standards. They realized the urgency of the matter, and acted!!! We are still pending with further steps in the matter, but I'm impressed that they acted immediately. This compliment goes out to the Alzheimer's South Africa and Age-in-Action groups, for all of the hard work and wonderful service you provide to families going through the emotional process of this illness!
