Poor service No delivery, Taken my Money

We contacted Global visa's in more than a year ago to assist us in Immigration to New Zealand. We where offered the world & guaranteed that by beginning of 2013 we would be relocated and happily living and working in New Zealand. If I had only known I was about to be taken for a very expensive ride. My husband and I first spoke to Brent, he detailed the great service and success rate of the company and made promises to us, basically sold us an unrealistic lie. We were told before anything would be done we had to pay an amount of R28 500.00 to get the process started. Well this we did & as soon as the money was in their bank the forgot about us. We phone hundreds of times, No answer, No phone calls returned, No updates of our application, No straight answers, permanent broken phone lines & more than 5 months of no access via there client online system. I don't know how many emails & phone calls I made & sent to complain about not receiving service & assistance that we rightfully paid for. Long story short, my case has been closed without notice or fulfilment of contract. No email or call. So now they have my money & were still in SA. I got taken for a ride, DISHONEST COMPANY.
