Why you shouldn't be using Global Visas

If you want to migrate to Australia, New Zealand or Canada, you can do it yourself (research how) or choose an agency that is REGISTERED with the Migration Agents Registrations Authority (for Australia) and the Immigration Advisers Authority (for New Zealand). For Canada, please check the website for Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Global Visas (Cape Town) are NOT recognised by either of these 3 Governmental Bodies. Now ask yourself why. To be registered, you must follow a code of ethics and renew your licence every year. Clearly, Global Visas cannot do this because of all the complaints $ unethical behaviour. Global Visas lists the MIA logo on their website for Australia - however MIA does not regulate migration agents - MARA does. It's also illegal for an unlicensed person/agency to sign up anyone for New Zealand (which the IAA regulates).

Whilst it's a fact Global Visas has helped people in the past - IT IS NO EXCUSE FOR CONNING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! They blatantly sign up people who can't qualify. Their compliments on this page are also suspicious and we've heard reports that it's their own staff doing this! They've done this in the UK as well.

So be warned!
