I went to hair options for over a year using their laser treatment and products, it did absolutely nothing, I think my hair even worsened in this time. Yet often when I walked in, they would put on an act pretending like they can see improvement.

I did some research, only to find out that laser hair treatment is actually a totally inefficient form or reversing thinning hair according to scientists. Only agencies claim it works. I went onto a generic form of finasteride and minoxidil and it worked very well.
Also before you try their hair replacement option, consider waiting until 2105 for a stem cell regrowth treatment such as replicel for example.
