Snog The Frog
Bad attitude, poor service & unsatisfactory product

Ordered printed onesies for a baby from snog the frog. Dealt with Candy Hooke. After payment was made, could not get hold of her for 3 days - her excuse was due to phone being, but she did have my email address and never got back to me until I posted on her facebook wall, she was able to reply in 10 min with a terrible attitude. After a few days I got my onesies, and the product is awful. The printing is bad and looks old (I have taken photos for proof) and the names are spelled wrong on some of the onesies and correct on the others. I then asked for a refund or for her to re-print, but she refused to reprint, she wanted me to post them back to her on my own account, and then only could i get the money back on some of the items, and she has now threatened me with her lawyer because I dont like her product or her attitude!!! Please dont ever do business with snog the frog - the quality of work is poor, and not worth the money you spend on it, and the service is also pathetic.
