Disgusting Service

Three months ago i requested Rapid Business Registration to help me amend my cc which they promised to do within four or six of application. I therefore completed everything online until i made payment. We then submitted the required documentation to theire office in Rosebank as final step to complete the request. Ever since that we struggling to get our cc amended and even requested refund as i know there are competion out there for them who can do better job.

I have been waiting for Tsholofelo Segoe to give us update ever since, its either she is not at her desk, o busy with a client. RBR are giving us run around cause eveytime we speak to someone they give us different version of update.

We now request them to fully refund us as they failed to help us. They service they gave us is very unlikely to be recommended to other people, its not the first time they give us this hilarious service.
