Still in the Dark

I am still waiting for a technician to install electricity since last week, I have made numerous calls and they all keep telling me that the matter has been sent to electricians but to date I have still not heard anything. A lady by the name of Maleshoane told me that the reason for the delay is because the company does not have resources (to add to my insult). Last night I was told that a technician was contacted and waited untill 23:49 pm with no luck, this morning I got a message and when I contacted the helpdesk a lady by the name of Brenda could not wait to get rid off me by telling me that she will send an email to Eskom for Emma to call me, its been 3hours and I am still waiting.
