ADNOValue Print - bad quality!

I purchased 3 Groupon Vouchers for A3 block mounted photos from Advalueprint. I eventually picked up my order today (after a few months of them being ready for collection). I can only say, not only did I waste the money on the groupons, but I wasted my time and petrol to come and fetch them.
All three A4 prints were scratched all over and the edges were peeling off the block mount. The one even had greasy finger marks on it.
When I asked why the edges were peeling, the young man said it could be that they had been sitting in the back for so long. How different is sitting in the back of your shop to hanging on my wall! So all the photos start peeling after a few months? Really? And that's acceptable?
I have used many Groupon vouchers before for similar services and ALWAYS (until today) received the pictures individually bubble wrapped. I can only think the fact that they weren't bubbled wrapped or protected in some way is why they were scratched.
To be fair to the guy who gave them to me, on seeing my dissatisfaction, he hesitantly asked me if I wanted them redone. I declined as I had already wasted R347 on the vouchers, an hour of my time to collect and my petrol. No point!
