Bad manane

Arrived, was just greeted not asked to sit or wait or how long it will be before I was seen to. Consultant unfriendly, started with wrong appointment details. Used pedicure product instead of manicure.
Could not provide the service properly. Towel used looked dirty unchanged. Very unapproachable, I was afraid to ask any question I had just accept what she was doing.
When we finished I was just asked to pay the bill, no thank you come again or even a smile. She just swiped my card flung it on the counter and started talking to another customer. I could not make a follow up appointment.
For the beauty industry very inappropriate. I or my colleagues will definitely not be going there again.
